Fiscal Sponsorship

Do you have a noncommercial film or project that you are looking to fund, but you do not have 501 (c)(3) nonprofit status?  Through a fiscal sponsorship deal with the Haydenfilms Institute (HFI), you can use our nonprofit status to request funding from organizations that only benefit nonprofits.  These benefactors may include individuals, foundations, corporations, or government organizations.

Many times, independently produced films require nonprofits to fund their efforts.  HFI will act as the tax-exempt, nonprofit umbrella organization, accepting and managing any funds donated to your film or project.  HFI will not act as your producer, fundraiser, or attempt to stifle your creativity in any way, nor do we assume copyrights to your material.  In addition, we also provide fundraiser and financial advice to our recipients.
